Television.  |

Oh man it’s a map of seven hatches. I see swan and caduceus, the top two are unreadable, left is unreadable, one of the right ones looks like a monkey. We’re still not sure if there is a line/animal hatch, and I don’t see arrow hatch anywhere on here (one theory I have is that the arrow hatch was simply a depleted armory of some kind, but it still seems odd that it’s not on this map. It might be one of the four rectangular buildings).

Also, swan hatch is apparently right next to two of the rectangles, and it has some weird sealed-off area to the east (something we’ve already seen?). The scratched-out hatch and the two dotted-line hatches are certainly interesting little touches.

If Locke doesn’t tell the other survivors about this, I will call television and say some mean things. Stupid non-communicative fictional characters.

*embarrassed look* Sorry. I had to tell someone.

UPDATE: This is much, much better, although I haven’t heard if it’s confirmed true yet.

MORE THOUGHTS:
“Possible location of zoological research facility”
“De-territorial of ursus maritimus through gene therapy”
Looks like we understand the bears a little better now.

Cerberus = the security system?

“Suspected Shutdown Date: 10.28.84″
This works with my theory that Dharma is gone, and a new group is running this thing. It also lines up with the age of the music in swan hatch, but doesn’t explain the new drop.

“PRD every 5-8 months”
Parachute Ration Drop?

“Dharmatel intranet”
References to servers/hub/etc certainly allow for a more conventional answer to the question of how Walt contacted Michael.

JUST CAUGHT THIS:
Valenzetti is an interesting name….a Google search says we should be watching Valenzetti.com, EnzoValenzetti.com and ValenzettiEquation.com (all were registered last Sunday night).

You know… the more I read, the more I’m glad I haven’t fallen victim to that show. Sure I’ll regret it when it’s all over, but I just don’t have the time for it.

  2. 2 Sara 3-31-2006

Wow, you’re smart. I don’t actually take the time to analyze all the clues. What do you think of that Henry guy?

  3. 3 Doug Nelson 3-31-2006

I didn’t know about Henry until the last five minutes of the show, but I’ve concluded: He’s obviously on the side of good, because he murdered someone. He and Sawyer and Ana and Sayid and Kate and Ekko and probably Locke and Jack can all have homicidal tea parties together.

  4. 4 Mike Burns 4-1-2006

Wow, you’re a lost fan too! We just moved in and we didn’t have cable yet and our antenna wasn’t working so I cut off the plug of an extension cord, stripped the cord attaching the copper to a bunch of curtain rods so we had at least a fuzzy picture. Yes, we are obsessed . . . (Do you know a good doctor?)

  5. 5 Sara 4-2-2006

Don’t forget Charlie. Charlie’s a dirty murderer, too.

I definitely think Henry’s good because he wouldn’t've helped Locke if he was an other. It just wouldn’t make sense.

  6. 6 Doug Nelson 4-2-2006

You’re right, Charlie IS a murderer. I forgot.

And, well, that relies on that idea that the Others specifically want to hurt and hinder the survivors. Considering that they have nice clean clothes, outside supplies, and etc, this might not be the case. Maybe the Others just want survivors to produce babies. Also, Henry could be part of a second group of others, or he could be Desmond’s buddy Kelvin….

Henry sure memorized those numbers quickly…

LostCasts is a great weekly listen for combined theories and information, if you have time.

  7. 7 Doug Nelson 4-2-2006

Mike, that sounds like a pretty extreme solution! But, I guess I would’ve done it too. :)

  8. 8 Enrico Valenzetti 4-4-2006

Also to share with world is web site I build with the little information I have about my father Enzo Valenzetti.

  9. 9 Sara 4-6-2006

    Weeeeeird.
